Emilie Autumn Gift Project: The Mobile (forum), Part V
Part I, Part II, Part III, Part IV.
Guess what I've been working on tonight?

Later this evening...

Almost finished! I really love these, it'll be so hard to part with either of them.
I just have to cut off the ribbon at equal lengths, and figure out if I'm going to put some more decoration on them (like fake blood or glitters or something).

Drawing: The Inner Chaos Carousel
Feelings deep inside.
Inner chaos, the inner carousel.
It's simple, crooked, and not realisticly-seen perfect, but that's not the point of this drawing. I wasn't aiming to draw perfect anatomy or anything, I was trying to express a feeling.
It's good the way it is. And on this rare occasion, I'm quite satisfied with the result.

"Flow" (Watercolour - WIP)
*Note: This message is antedated. It was originally posted on the 11th of Januray, 2010.
Something I like, something I should finish, something I should do more often.
Sadly, I just don't draw or paint much anymore...
Unfortunately I do not yet have better pictures of this. I hope I'll soon finish this, though, and then I will post more (better!) pictures.
Line-art:

WIP of the painting:

By the way, notice the new watermark? I changed it from "c) Inge van den Broek, http://artbyinora.blogspot.com/" to "c) Inge van den Broek, http://artbyinora.com" since I've already got the link for my website and it redirects you to this blog, so I don't have to make two different watermarked versions for both my blog and my website. ^^
Edit: I noticed something went wrong with the watermark, so now it's one with the link to the blog and one with the link to the website :P Next time I'll get it right... Maybe I'll even replace the already existing pictures with new versions with the new watermark.

Finding the round shapes of the cow interesting, I tried to draw it, not perfectly realistic, but with round shapes.

DFMD: De Woelmuis (The Vole)
*Note: This message is antedated.
I love voles, so I drew some.
I adore the head, the body is too much like a teddybear's.
More pictures coming soon!

DFMD: Planets
*Note: This message is antedated. It was originally posted on the 6th of January, 2010.
I was trying to come up with something to doodle, when I remembered an old exercise I learnt at a course I once did. You were supposed to grab a very large piece of paper and then draw some circles on it (they always reminded me of planets, I remember giving them names, too...). Then you started drawing straight lines, as neat as you could, and you had to make the lines go around the circles, so you had to start early deforming the lines. The picture should be able to explain it better than I can.
This wasn't necessarily an exercise in (straight) lines, I just like drawing these things...

A picture made or school, not as good picture but for keeping up with the process of an assignment. Then I drew it.
